Waldemar Schoch's 25-year career in the United States, Germany, Belgium, France and the United Kingdom enables him to understand the complexities and sensitivities of hiring for multi-national organizations across continental Europe. While holding senior positions with Compaq, IBM, Diageo, Ralston Purina, and Young & Rubicam, Wally established national and regional offices in continental Europe and the United States, worked with an international joint venture firm based in France and the UK, and restructured a production, sales & marketing business in Germany and Italy. Wally holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master's in International Management from Thunderbird-The Garvin School of International Management. He is a member of the ULI.
