Develop detailed position specification

CANDIDATE DEVELOPMENT
Develop comprehensive research on all companies targeted in the search strategy
Source candidates through the Equinox database and personal industry networks
Thorough evaluation of candidates and informal references
Conduct face-to-face interviews and candidate evaluations
CANDIDATE PRESENTATIONS
Aim to present an initial slate of candidates within weeks of launching the assignment
Develop written candidate evaluations, summarizing their backgrounds and assessing strengths and weaknesses
Refine position specification, reevaluate compensation parameters or search strategies, if required, and continue recruiting
CANDIDATE SELECTION AND PLACEMENT
Conduct formal reference checks on finalist candidate
Negotiate compensation and related employment issues
Maintain ongoing dialogue with candidate to ensure acceptance of offer and integration into company
