BETH A. KRUMHOLZ

Beth Krumholz's clients benefit from her more than 20 years of recruiting experience across all sectors of the real estate industry. Prior to joining Equinox Partners, Beth was a Vice President at Rhodes Associates, specializing in real estate executive search, and a Vice President at Hadley Lockwood, specializing in executive search for the financial services industry. Earlier in her career, she was Vice President at NatWest Markets, responsible for the bank's global investment banking relationships; Vice President and US Representative for the London International Financial Futures Exchange; and Vice President in the Financial Futures and Options Department at Kidder Peabody. Beth holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers College.

LORI GALE

Lori Gale leverages her 18-year career in transportation and executive search as head of the Transportation & Infrastructure practice for Equinox Search. For 14 years she owned Globe Transportation Graphics, an internationally recognized manufacturer and consultant to the transportation industry. During this time she served as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), and later as an appointed member of the National Research Council and Transit Cooperative Research Program Project on the Public Transportation Industry's Professional Development and Human Capital Needs to Build a Sustainable Workforce. She also served on committees authoring recommendations on rail safety, emergency preparedness, and accident investigations. Lori gradually developed an expertise in executive search, joining Equinox in 2006 as a member of their DC team. Since that time she has engaged in searches across all sectors, focusing on transportation and real estate. An avid fan of the internet and social media, Lori earned her Advanced AIR™ Certification (ACIR) as a trained internet recruiter and AIRS™ recognition as a Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR). She also owns and operates an online job board for transportation industry job postings, FastLane Hires. Lori received a BS from University of Wisconsin - Madson.

ALIDA REYES

With over twenty years of experience in executive search and as a senior human resource executive, Alida Reyes supports searches for clients across all sectors of the real estate industry. Prior to joining Equinox, she was Vice President, Human Resources, in the Private Clients Group of Bankers Trust Company. Earlier in her career, Alida held HR positions with Honeywell Information Systems, Southeast Banking Corporation and American Express.

Alida holds her PHR certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute and a BRE from Philathea College, and she is a certified Senior Career Transition Consultant.
