Stephen Carroll serves his clients across the UK, Europe and the Middle East with a wealth of experience gained over 23 years as a search consultant. Prior to joining Equinox at its launch in Europe, Stephen established his own successful search practice in 1994, specializing in the construction, property, planning, economics and environmental sectors. Previously, he was a Senior Consultant and Head of Research with Oryx Executive Search, establishing a presence for the company in the construction, energy, and environmental markets. He began his recruitment career as a founding member of Ibex Holdings, a leading UK recruiter, where he successfully launched and managed new branches that achieved record profitability.
