I can't believe that spring is just a week away. It seems like yesterday that we were ushering in the New Year with a long view of the year to come. It's amazing (I should say scary) how the year seems to fly by. With the first quarter rapidly coming to a close, the job market appears to be holding strong, and most executives that we are in touch with are maintaining plans to expand their organizations, with the search for development professionals still topping the list of the most sought-after talent. The demand is across all sectors, all regions, public and private, and increasingly, the focus is on project management profiles. Let's see, if we fast forward 18 to 24 months what is all of this new development going to mean for the market?
