Today is an exciting day in American politics: the New Hampshire primary--to many, the long awaited official start of the presidential election season. Unfortunately, most of us are already catatonic from a year of weekly candidate debates, political analyses and evaluations by pundits of all persuasions. Now at last the real deal begins and we can focus seriously on an election that will be critical to the economy and most certainly to the real estate industry. I anticipate that, regardless of who is elected, we can expect aggressive changes in tax legislation that will certainly impact our business. I guess we'll all just have to wait with 'debated' breath to see what transpires.
