Marsha Pearcy is one of the most accomplished executive search consultants serving the real estate industry, having successfully represented clients globally across all real estate industry sectors for over 22 years. Before joining Equinox Partners, Marsha spent nearly two decades at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she served the entire spectrum of real estate clients, co-managed the firm's global real estate industry practice, and assisted in creating the firm's management assessment practice. She is fluent in Spanish, has lived in Latin America, and co-founded the Russell Reynolds Associates' Mexico City office, its first in Latin America.
