As Chief Operating Officer of SelectLeaders,
our real estate job site, Kathy Ranek leverages her extensive experience managing
online recruiting businesses and an 18-year track record in executive
search. Kathy also established and manages Equinox Partners' Western
Regional search practice, based in Los Angeles. Kathy's executive
search career began with Russell Reynolds Associates, where, as Executive
Director of the Los Angeles office, she spent 10 years serving Real
Estate and Financial Services clients. Later, Kathy was Vice President
of Global Operations at FutureStep, a Korn/Ferry International company,
with responsibility for the integration of the executive search practice
with the online business. Most recently, Kathy managed her own organizational
consulting firm.
Kathy holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and is a full member of
the ULI. |
