Barbara Beck is a founding partner of the firm. Barbara's extensive search experience, combined with sixteen years as a human resources executive, provides her clients an exceptional organizational perspective in resolving recruitment issues. Barbara has focused exclusively on real estate search since 1993, and has completed more than 200 assignments spanning most real estate sectors, property types, functional disciplines and geographic regions. Previously, Barbara spent five years as Head of Human Resources for the Investment Division at Mutual of New York (MONY), and earlier in her career, held senior human resource positions with Bankers Trust Company and Northern Trust Company.
