Barbara Bakos has over 21 years of experience as an executive search consultant, serving domestic and international clients across all sectors of the real estate industry. Prior to joining Equinox Partners, she was the Global Practice Leader at Global Consulting Resources, leading their team of search consultants. Earlier in her career, she was a VP at Hunter Associates, where she led the executive search practice focused on the service sector, and worked in Latin America, Europe, and Africa for international organizations in the private and public sectors.
