Angela Kleiman provides an insightful perspective on the organizational needs of public and private real estate companies founded on 16 years of broad real estate experience. Her real estate career encompasses investment banking, development, and asset management. Angela held senior positions with Security Capital as an equity analyst responsible for over $2 billion of the firm's REIT investments, and with JP Morgan as an investment banker advising senior management and boards in strategic business platforms and capital markets transactions. Angela's clients also benefit from her ownership perspective, gained as principal in a development company. Angela holds a BS from Northwestern University, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and Series 7 & 63 Securities Licenses. She is a member of NAREIT, NMHC, PREA and ULI.
